Colors of November

I think of November as a time for gray skies and bare trees.  Maybe it will be later in the month.  Now it is still early in the month, and it is more like what I associate with October.  Although many trees have lost their leaves, there are also many that have leaves.  The red maples are brilliant.  The oaks are more muted, but also beautiful. The Norway maples still have much green to them.  The view as I drive along is a sea of green, yellow, orange, red, and brown, glowing in the brilliant sunshine.
